A dynamic organisation and individual development specialist Finch focuses on coaching the individual to achieve their own ambitions, whether to change a current belief that hampers personal progress or to develop unleashed potential in the emerging leader or entrepreneur. For teams, she has a unique talent to discover issues preventing people from connecting more effectively and supports the necessary change through facilitated dialogue and specially designed workshops. Finch now uses her many years of international business experience within the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds to assist others to identify their personal, career and business goals. She believes that each individual is capable of achieving great things but that most need a “safe” place to explore the “why” and “how to overcome” the blockages we all experience that prevent our forward momentum and growth.

She was National Vice President of the Businesswomen’s Association from 2003 to 2007 and currently sits on the National Small Business Advisory Board to the Minister for Trade and Industry. Finch has a BSc in Psychology Counselling.
