Norine Victor is a CBP Professional Instructor and a partner in 1st Solutions with Lianne Smuts. She specialises in Personal Development, Training and Facilitation, and Skills development . Norine received training from Broxburn Drive Facilitation in the United Kingdom to further qualify her in different aspects of the development of individuals and teams.

Norine is a qualified L.P.I facilitator, and uses Leadership Practices Inventories for the 3sixT Leadership Challenge program. Norine is a qualified Assessor with Services Seta as well as a member of the International Business Training Association (ITBA). She presents Valuing Diversity as a Cultural Consideration program. Norine is further qualified to train Skills4Life including introduction to, and Advanced Train the Trainer courses. She is accredited to train Sales through CBP International and is also a Services Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) accredited trainer/facilitator. She qualified with Beauty for all Seasons in 1999 and works on corporate image implementation programs along with Lianne.
